Here Are Some Great Money Saving Tips When
You Book Flights!

Flying Cheap Couldn't Be Easier - Learn How
By Tom Tessin

If you're a frequent traveler and tend to fly the blue skies a lot or even

if you're a traveler that travels once every few years,

there are things you need to know about before you hop on that next airplane.

If you think you're paying too much for your plane ticket,

you probably are and I'm going to show you exactly how you can save money on your next flight.

Believe it or not, there are ways you can save up to almost seventy five percent!

Avoid the weekends - One of the golden rules you need to follow when

you're about to buy your ticket is to avoid the weekends.

Friday, Saturday, and Sundays are probably the worst days to fly when it comes to pricing.

The reason is because most people work a basic five day workweek and this is the only day they can fly.

If you have a flexible schedule, you really can save a lot of money.

The best days to fly are generally Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

The best way to compare is to simply hop online and compare each day.

You'll be surprised by the comparison prices.

Late nights are your friend - As I mentioned in the previous paragraph,

if you can have a flexible schedule, you really can save a lot of money.

If you're willing to catch a red eye flight, you can save a lot of money here since no one wants to fly them.

If you're unfamiliar with the term, a red eye flight is a flight that is generally taken at night around midnight to six in the morning.

Red eye flights are usually nice because it's a lot quieter and easier to sleep on.

Also, when you arrive at the airport, you will generally find that the airports are deserted,

which are nice when you're in a rush to get to your destination.

Non-stop flights - If you're a light packer, you may want to look into flying connecting flights.

Flights that generally stop at more than one place are cheaper than a non-stop flight.

While non-stop flights are generally convenient, they usually aren't the cheapest.

If the flight you're going to take has connecting flights, that flight is going to be cheaper.

Do your research - Before you book your flight through the first travel agency you visit or see online,

make sure that you look around at more than one website.

My general rule is to check out at least five websites before you book your flight,

you'll be surprised on what kind of price differences there are.

Now, if you're going to book airline tickets only,

I strongly advise that you use a travel agency to do your research online and when you find what airline you want to use,

make sure that you book the flight directly with the airline,

this will save you at least ten to twenty dollars a ticket.

The reason you'll be able to save when you book directly is because you can avoid the travel agency fees.
